The cost of the return for Peninsula and Balearic Islands
will be 4,95€ if the initial order is higher than 59€, if the initial order is lower than 59€ the cost of the return will be 7,90€ . This amount will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded if you use our prepaid label service. If you prefer to use another means to return the product, the cost will be indicated by that transport agency and will not be associated with us.
In the case of an exchange, the same costs will apply as for a return.
For outside the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, the return costs are as follows:
Other Considerations
Voluntary Returns: Voluntary returns will not be free of charge and will have a cost of 4.95€.
Destinations other than the Peninsula: If your order was delivered to a destination other than the Peninsula, the return costs will be borne by you. You must send the order postage paid, properly packaged and in its original packaging, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order. Please use the following address:

VERY IMPORTANT: You must include inside the package a copy of the outgoing invoice and indicate the reference number of the support ticket you have made at the Customer Service Centre and the text “RETURN”, both on the outside and inside of the package; in the event that your request was cancelled due to the impossibility of identifying it. If it is well indicated, we will be able to recognise where it comes from and, in this way, we will be able to manage the return as soon as possible, thus reducing the waiting time during the process.

All countries that do not appear in the table do not have the ground shipping service available and will only have air delivery service.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, although it usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE European community. The orders may take between 2 and 15 days, depending on the destination. Shipping cost would depend on the amount of the order, and would be calculated at the end of the process. The website will indicate the amount before the payment.
If the delivery address is outside the European Union, the customer may be required to pay import duties and taxes, it depends on the destination country and the local Government.
